We keep this simple. We only collect what we need to have a useful conversation with you, and we look after it properly. This policy is written in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your business name, phone number, website, industry, and what you need help with.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to you, understand your business, and recommend what makes sense. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to the small team behind Your Marketing Director. We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@yourmarketingdirector.co.nz and we will sort it out.

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics in future, it will be limited to understanding how people use the site, and we will update this page first.
